Ingest The Frame runs entirely on your Mac. We operate no servers, and we never receive, store, or see your data. The app is developed by Quinn Chambers.
The app downloads media from links you provide, records the resulting filenames into a Google Sheet you choose, renames the files on your computer, and writes the source links back into that sheet. All of this happens locally on your Mac.
When you choose to sign in with Google, the app requests permission to:
userinfo.email, openid) — used only to show you which
account is signed in.spreadsheets) — used only to read the tracking sheet you connect and to
write filenames and source links into the rows you direct. The app only touches the
specific spreadsheet you connect to a project. This access is used solely to provide the app's features at your request. We do not use it for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than the workflow you initiate.
We do not operate any server, database, or backend. Your data never passes through us, and we have no ability to access it.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to anyone. The only third party involved is Google, which you authorize directly; your use of Google services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Ingest The Frame's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can sign out inside the app at any time, which removes the stored token from your Keychain. You can also revoke the app's access to your Google Account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
